Konrad Althaus has been with Binder Corporate Finance Ltd since 1997. He can look back on many years of consultancy with KPMG and Ernst & Young, and latterly as a partner in M&A/corporate finance. As a project leader, he has been entrusted with M&A/corporate finance activities since 1992.

Peter M. Binder

Peter M. Binder founded Binder Corporate Finance Ltd in 1995. Prior to that he held the post of General Counsel in the Losinger Group (an international construction concern) for six years and was a partner within the M&A/corporate finance division of Ernst & Young for five years. Peter M. Binder is member of the Executive Committee of M&A International Inc. and in this function responsible for Best Practice within the alliance.

Roberto Tracia

Roberto Tracia studied Business Administration at the Universities of St. Gallen, Luigi Bocconi in Milan as well as at Cornell University, NY. He has worked at Binder Corporate Finance Ltd since 1998. Further vocational posts include four years at Ascom, three years at Winterthur Insurance as well as various internships.
