To address the strong growth of China related M&A deal activity over the last few years, Binder Corporate Finance and its M&A International Inc. partner firm Quam Capital and three other M&A partner firms in Europe have jointly set up a China Europe M&A Desk. This partnership offers a unique platform for Chinese corporations considering expanding in Europe by means of M&A, and (shareholders of) European companies interested in identifying and contacting suitable potential Chinese acquirers or investors.
